avenue design inc was hired to design and plan a rear addition to this narrow Bloor West Village home. We married the old with the new in a unique way - herringbone porcelain tile meets original hardwood at the dividing line. Custom storage spans the whole length of the main floor to the focal fireplace flanked by floor to ceiling doors. Storage was also maximized in the master bedroom with custom built-ins around the bed. All finishes, millwork and fixtures by avenue design inc.
