Our client recently moved back to Canada after living for several years in New York, and wanted a space that was reminiscent of the Big Apple.
The unit she purchased was very unique - located in a former three storey school with three storeys of new construction above it, this prime unit boasted 10' ceilings, large open spaces, a bay window....and a very blah personality.
avenue design inc was hired to refresh the whole space - from kitchen and bathroom millwork and hard surfaces, to all furniture and new decorative details.
We added lots of textural interest with a feature concrete wall, white brick, wallpaper and a neutral colour scheme with pops of navy. All furniture, fixtures and furniture by avenue design inc.
